We strive to provide the best products and customer service to our valued customers. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of our pet shampoo products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Pet Accessories

For pet accessories, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the item is damaged or defective, you may return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact us to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including pet shampoo that has been opened or used, personalized or customized products, and items marked as final sale.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theindianpetcompany.in and send your item to: 7/43 D Tilak Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (208002).

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
